Bye Bye Smart Bro!

I have no internet connection for three long and agonizing days. Just when I was all fired up in coming back to blog, my internet connection did not cooperate with me. It kept acting up and much worse, the ISP’s customer service representatives gave me a really hard time. The technicians came after two days of letting them know of my predicament. That’s how fast they act on their clients’ problems, huh! Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!
Being the impulsive person that I am, the first day the SMART Bro CSR’s didn’t arrived as scheduled, I applied for PLDT DSL. I am currently awaiting for them to get me connected next week.
For the meantime, I am still using my lousy SMART Bro provider. I just got reconnected tonight after the Smart Bro technician knocked at our door at past 8pm and gave the adaptor to my brother. READ: my brother was the one who replaced the adaptor, not the technician.
That’s customer service at its worst!
Anyways, I’d like to commend the dropping efforts of my cousin Ally of

hehe. ako din dati ate, naka Smart bro. ung antenna. pag malakas hangin, napuputol net. hehe. tapos diba 2 years ang subscription. pinaputol ko nung one year. pwede naman. ayun, dito kela fafi, pldt mydsl. eh mejo may problem na din sa connection. kaya apply kame bago.
so far tingin ko, pldtmydsl na ung pinaka stable na ISP. ^^

Hmmmm. One year lang naman yong lock-in period, Fedhz. I have actually contemplated in making the big switch December of last year but too bad, PLDT DSL haven’t reached my area at the time. I have been a Smart Bro subscriber for two years now…

I hope you have a better experience with PLDT DSL. I didn’t have a good experience with them, so I’m back with Sky Broadband.

uy sorry sa experience mo but for me so far so good pero i had those days na walang net for hours and that is understandable naman due to typhoon and tech problems d maiiwasan. I hope you did a good move sa Pldt kasi i know someone naman na hates pldt lol. I guess depends din sa area no. anyway hope you’ll find a good isp.
