Greater Hopes for the 3rd Blogoversary

Hi Guys! This is Uncle Che, Noela’s “Better Half”. Just informing you all that I have acquired Lainy’s Musings (LM) for 30 minutes, giving me power to do whatever I want with LM for the contract period, he he he. To use this limited time judiciously, I have decided to talk about the upcoming blogoversary and some challenges Lainy is facing.

So far, so good!!!

The first blogoversary was a great success and the second blogoversary was even better, considering that it had a very powerful and poignant highlight – Project Heavenly Home. I give you all the credits.

Yeah, I mean Y O U.

Weren’t you one of those who stood beside Lainy and supported her right through to the end? Those two blogoversaries were extraordinary to me and beat my expectations. Almost every friend, relative, reader or visitor had something to offer; be it sponsorship in kind and cash, participation in order to get soaked in the fun, or promotion of the blogoversary either only by word of mouth. I was part of those two, so believe when I say what I say because I know what I am talking about

About nine days ago, Lainy reminded everyone that it was time for her 3rd blogoversary and called on each and every one of us not to be shy but to be a sponsor. I was surprised that barely 4 days after that announcements, she had lots of sponsorship pledges, very big ones.

Windy, announcing my intentions to sponsor with “a pair of elephant tusks” thought that will be the biggest sponsor for this contest, but I bet he will get a shock if he travels to the future and read the post “Outcome of Lainy’s 3rd Blogoversary” (laughs). “Naughty Windy”, Lainy always refers to him as such but he always beats my imagination when his contributions overshadow the adjective “naughty”. Now, like most of the time and even more than ever, Lainy is relying hugely on Windy for some magical works that will give the upcoming blogoversary a style no one expects. His brilliant ideas can never be underrated as well as his expertise in digital graphics.

On the other side of the page, though, sits Lainy, my always joyful “Ate” with the magical “Belle” suffix on her nickname, looking so tired and worn out. It is never easy being the first child in the family because many look up to you. She is really stressed up right now with some family issues which prove to be tougher than any challenge she has met this year. I believe very much in her potentials and believe that faithful friends/relatives are ready to help her out. God, on who she relies on for divine interventions, won’t forsake her.

Though Lainy may not be able to update this blog now as frequently as before, I am assuring everyone that all will be very OK and the blogoversary will be one to always remember in the future for the SUCCESS stamp it will imprint on our memories.
