I voted in all the polls. As far as the first question, I think sports fair very well on blogging platforms. I voted for politics because how it can bring out the best and worst in many people as well as controversy compared to others. I don’t follow politics that well at all though.
There were a couple I never gave any thought to until you listed the poll for them here.

In almost 3 years as a blogger I’ve gotten to see them all. Political blogs raise the most hell because they’re designed to debate. I’m a humor blogger so I suppose I’m a mixed bag but my father is a humor political blogger and he gets 200 comments on each post and he posts daily. He uses Blogger and it won’t let you post above 200. I’ve begged him to let me monitize it and give me the money but he won’t
