Now Thanks To You, I Am 16 Years And One Day Older

Thank you all for being so happy that I have grown older by another year but with the Comments that I have received, you have made me feel 16.

There are those like Lainy, euphemistically tell me that it is not just growing older but wiser. I am sure about the first; unsure about the latter.

Please discount about 50 percent of what Lainy wrote about me at her Birthday Post. I am not alluding that Lainy is publishing untruths. Lainy at her Post, “Lainy’s Song Rendition for Windy’s Birthday“ has pushed it not one but several notches higher for me. I see a tougher year ahead to live up to all her descriptions about me. Ha ha ha.

And LO! what a voice Lainy is bestowed with. I am impressed. Although I am not familiar with that song, her voice carried it very well indeed. Thank You Lainy.

Lollii who blogs from I Am Loved reminded me over the cell phone that I am getting younger. I had to remind her that the Maths does not say so. At her Blog, I was unable to submit my Comment to her lovely Birthday Message to me.

It is characteristic of Star who would not let this occasion pass without leaving A Maiden’s Testimony. I was prepared because I know how she is quite at a loss for words. Over the phone Star gushed out the same things that her lovely daughter Lollii said to me. So, I did the same and repeated the same answers I earlier gave Lollii. At her Blog, I asked Star to give me refuge and a massage for one day. I think Star has run for the hills at General Santos.

David Funk had me totally floored when he published his Birthday post at Basic Bloganomics. That left me speechless because I did not know that I was aired over the television network in America. No, it was not at the American Idol slot. It must have come right before Fright Night was televised.

Still not done yet.

Ally of In The Eyes Of The Beholder confessed that I am Desirable. I looked at myself in the mirror and I am certain that Ally must have been beholding something else and her mind wandered while she was at her keyboard. Awwww mannn! Why is it getting HOT in here?

Ha ha ha.

Then there was the oft repeated query, “What are you doing on your Birthday?”

You REALLY want to know?

1. I slept like a pig, I only crawled out of bed after mid-day.
2. I walked out to have a bowl of noodles for Brunch.
3. I had a cheese Birthday cake.
4. I received birthday wishes through my cellphone from my sons from KL.
5. I also received cellphone calls from the Philippines.
6. I visited other Blogs because I serve a one day ban at Lainy’s Musings.

And while I am writing this out, I have to wait for another four hours before I can publish this because I am still serving curfew time at Lainy’s Musings.
