In My Defense

David Funk of
Basic Bloganomics published about Postinol as a Blog Enhancement Drug (BED) which is now banned and is included in the list of Anti-Bed Policy.
He was quoted as saying:
Postinol: This new BED was discovered after one such
blogger returned better than ever at the end of 2009. It’s widely known now to increase endurance on the number of blogs to post as well as quality of content. The blogger that was first discovered using this BED hasn’t been as active of late which has alarmed many close to her that she might overdose on Postinol when she’s more active later.
As you may have noticed, he was referring to me as the blogger who’s guilty of BED intake particularly Postinol.
May it be known though that as of this writing, I am under the influence of a certain drug called POSTINOR (not POSTINOL) and I am trying my best to make sense out of David’s unfounded allegations.
Unknown to everyone, I am under medical treatment using POSTINOR and it is something legal and approved by my physician.
Postinor is an emergency contraceptive that prevents pregnancy after unprotected sexual intercourse or suspected birth control failure. Taken within 72 hours after unprotected intercourse, it inhibits ovulation and prevents pregnancy from occurring.
Now you must be wondering why my physician should prescribe it to a single girl like me? I need to enumerate to you the reasons, to wit:
- I do late night physical exercise (Bedminton) and I don’t want to be a pregnant rape victim
- 68% of Filipino males “do” it for nothing.
- I am one of the 61% of Filipinas that do not subscribe to premarital sex or sex accidents.

Walk A Mile In My Shoes
Posted by: | Comments
UPDATE:
After a few hours of publishing this post, I received SMS from Windy:
I am grieving. I have learned that the old man passed away in hospital
![]()
Windy requested me to add this song as a dedication to his deceased friend.
=============================================================================
Windy never fails to amaze me. During one of our online chats, he excused himself because he had to leave for the hospital. He said he did not have time to explain and that he would explain later.
I was anxious to know because I thought that he was ill. At our next chat this is what I learned.
Windy: Walk a mile in my shoes
just walk a mile in my shoes
Before you abuse, criticize and accuse
Then walk a mile in my shoes
Lainy: ???
Windy: lainy those words are from the song of the same title. remember?
Lainy: yes, I have heard that song before.
Windy: reason why i was at the hospital it is about this 60 year old man who I befriended for over a year now
Windy: he sits daily at the coffee shop where i frequent to have my drinks and meals
Windy: he sits there because he has no where else to go and he is sick very sick
Lainy: This is sad Windy
Windy: yes wait i have a photo of him wait let me send it to you
Lainy: Nice I’ll wait
Windy: here it is
Lainy: The net is too slow. File wont download. Windy please resend on photo share
Windy: oh ok
(This is the photo I received)
Windy: see? that’s when i took a photo of ahmad bin abdul jalil
Lainy: Windy when was this taken?
Windy: it was taken on his 60th birthday in jan. i bought him a small birthday cake, sang him the birthday song he even blew out the single candle flame hahaha
Lainy: Windy, he certainly looks weak and thin
Windy: Lainy what is even sadder is that he has no wife or children. both his parents and the rest of his family have passed away
As our chat continued, I learned that Windy keeps conversation company for a couple of hours whenever he meets the old man at the Coffee Shop
Windy went on to explain that the old man suffers from chronic kidney infection and has had corrective surgery with two tubes inserted into his body.
On the day that Windy visited him he was shocked that old man was transferred to the Tuberculosis Ward.
Windy: he barely recognized me because he was more frail and absolutely feeble
Windy: he struggled to sit up on his bed he could not eat the cream crackers served by the hospital
Windy: with trembling hands he caught hold of the cup of chocolate beverage that i held to his lips
Windy: he drank the entire cup with small takes at a time. soon after that i helped him to lie down and stroked his chest till he fell asleep
Lainy: Windy this is so touching its moving me to tears here
Windy: the old man would not like that and tell you “dont cry for me argentinaaaaa”
Lainy: you’re too funny
Windy: well on the way home i mused. this humble old man has literally no motivation to wish to continue living but there he is fighting for his life
Windy: and lainy i asked myself could i walk a mile in his shoes? that song came to my mind while i mused about him
Lainy: Knowing you Windy, you could walk on water
Windy: oh yeah with a surf board hahahahahaha
Lainy: LOL
You know something? Windy’s musing on his way home hit me hard. How many of us ever count our blessings?

My First Maiden Chat With Brain Stormer
Posted by: | Comments
WARNING: Everyone reading this post needs to use Cumjelly. Relax and sip on a glass of Southern Cumfort while reading the post.
I had a terrible day at work. I had an argument with a co-worker. My blood pressure had a spike as a result.
When I got home, I was just sitting in front of the PC, staring at my Yahoo Messenger, chatting with no one. I was still thinking of that bad incident at work when suddenly, out of the blue, an unknown contact started chatting with me. I wonder where he got my YM account. I would normally block anyone who’s a stranger to me but when that person introduced himself as
Brain Stormer, I was dumbfounded! I almost can’t believe that the intelligent commenter at my blog posts was actually chatting with me!
I then found myself telling him of the terrible day I had to endure at work:
Lainy: I thought I’m going to be rushed to the hospital this afternoon.
Brain Stormer: Oh why?
Lainy: I had an argument with a co- worker. Had a spike in my bp. I was trembling.
Brain Stormer: Cum your thoughts, remember? CUM YOUR THOUGHTS.
Now who was it who taught me that?
Lainy: LOL! You’re naughty! I’ll remember that. And tomorrow, too. I’ll be the Emcee again but bigger crowd this time. Cum ur thoughts, Lainy. Cum your thoughts!
Brain Stormer: And if you were taken to the hospital i can imagine the attendant cleaning off all the cum on you before you can be checked by the doctor.
Lainy: LOL!
Brain Stormer then narrates the scenario:
~ Doctor: i was told you were covered with cum. what happened? where did all that cum come from? what were you doing?
~ Lainy: Errr…. I was just….. hmmmm it was from practicing anger management
~ Doctor: WHAT?
~ Lainy: Have you ever tried to cum your thoughts Doctor?
~ Doctor: Oh! I just cum without the thoughts
~ Lainy: WHAT?
~ Doctor: Pssst! Don’t tell anyone. Especially the nurses here. My kiddo gets angry, stops thinking and simply cums after the nurse.
~ Lainy: YOU REALLY DO THAT HERE?
~ Doctor: Shhhhh not so loud please. INVOLUNTARY REFLEX ACTION!
What a way to “overcum” a terrible day at the office. Does that sound “holesome” to you? LOL!
Honestly, I felt I was raped during my first maiden chat with Brain Stormer, hahaha! I have to forgive Brain Stormer though because he is Argentinian and he spells words phonetically: CUM for CALM.
(I hope Brain Stormer does not read this coz I did not get his approval to publish our chat).

My Newfound Hobby
Posted by: | Comments
I never am a sporty type of person. I have never involved myself in any type of sports activities not unless it is required of me.
Last year, I was
forced to play darts because I was chosen to represent Region XII in the
COMELEC Mindanao Goodwill Games. They chose me not because I was the best player in town. They just had no choice because there’s no other person who’s a little younger (hehe!) who’s willing to take on the challenge.
During my college years, I was left with little choice. I had to come to class for our Physical Education classes or else, I will get a failing grade. No student would ever want that. In my P.E. classes, I have learned the basics of basketball, badminton, table tennis and other similar sports activities. Even then, I never really felt I belong to those people who are active and does outdoor sports activities.
However, I love to watch basketball games especially when my favorite team is on the run. It has been a passion and I take simple pleasure just by seeing my team win their games. And how heartbreaking it is to see them lose! Whenever I watch them play their guts out on court, hearing me shriek and cheer for them is normal. Don’t come near me when they lose though! I can eat you whole, hahaha! Yes, I admit I am a huge
basketball fanatic. I can be a good basketball analyst, too, hehe!
Anyhow, I have realized the importance of becoming more active when I was diagnosed to have hypertension last year. Exercise and diet were the most important things I’ve relegated to the sidelines. My battle with hypertension was never easy. I have to remember Windy’s constant reminders and reprimands to help me get my health back on track. I had to restrain myself in doing the things I love doing before that couldn’t contribute to my recovery.
My good friend Polly of
Random Ramblings was helping me out too by sending me articles on how to normalize my blood pressure. One helpful article was from Dr. Mercola. Just like Windy, the physician emphasized that “regular exercise is a far better drug than anything a pharmaceutical company can manufacture, as are the ‘side effects’ of exercise. Regardless of the primary reason you start an exercise program, your efforts will be rewarded in countless other ways.” It further emphasized that it can have long-term benefits especially when one indulges in weight bearing exercises like jogging, walking, and running. Since I’ve got asthma, I can’t jog nor run. I did what Windy was doing to put his diabetes under control. I took
brisk walking seriously. Walking an hour has become a habit.
But just recently, I discovered a new form of hobby that I truly enjoyed doing. Since a badminton court is just a few meters away from our house, I have decided to try it one night after work. I felt renewed and invigorated! I never really felt active in my life as I did when I played badminton! I came back for more and I tell you, I am now hooked up, LOL! Feeling so exhausted after a long day’s hard work never stopped me from playing the game. I am all fired up too in learning some tricks, and who knows? I can even join some tournaments one day
Here are some captures when we had our badminton session last Thursday. Do scroll down for more views.
HAPPY WEEKEND EVERYONE!
- Whoaaaa!
- Getting ready for action once more!

I Miss You, Windy!

Thinking about growing old lately, I have wondered if one’s ability to do things effectively and efficiently could profoundly affect a person’s life in the physical, psychological, spiritual and mental aspects.
It got me to thinking because I know of one very special person who doesn’t look like his age. At the age of 58, there is little need for him to go hunting for the best testosterone boosters
But for those who are in dire need of medical treatments, testosterne is also being used. I have just learned that testosterone is responsible for the maintenance and development of male secondary characteristics such as facial hair, deep voice and male pattern baldness.
One of the things I love about my friend is his brilliance especially his manly voice. And how I missed him so!
I hope he is doing well and good.
Missed you, Windy!

Windy’s Lectures and Reprimands
Posted by: | Comments
The holiday season wasn’t entirely all good. It made me forget about my goal of trimming down and keeping my blood pressure at bay. I have completely forgotten to get a hold of my diet. It was only for three days though, hehe!
I again regained control of myself by taking diet supplements. I was again determined and willful in taking control of my health. That’s keeping in mind all Windy’s lectures and reprimands
I know he means well and I have taken it all to heart. I wish him all the best, too as another year is coming.
I have missed his presence in my life and I wish him all the good things in life especially on the health aspect.
I wish you blue skies and all things nice,

He celebrates it just exactly a month after I celebrated mine.We all know how passionate David is on sports events especially wrestling;-) He actually got his own Blogger Movie event at his blog where bloggers have the chance to take center-stage. As a blogger, I see it as the only chance for bloggers to be in the limelight and this is certainly a rare opportunity to shine.
