All my bags will be packed
I’ll be ready to go…
I’ll be leaving on a jet plane.
Destinations :
- Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
- Singapore
I know it is early that I am writing about my planned vacation but you must understand that it is because I am looking forward so much to this trip.
Fortunately, there was a discount fare promotion last February and that made it even sweeter. I grabbed the promotion fare without hesitating.
God willing, the weather conditions in the Philippines will not dampen or alter my flight and vacation plans in June because the typhoon season begins in this region at that period and lasts till November.
For now, it is surely looking up for me. I was informed by Sandy of 
Traveling Suitcase that I had won at her Blog Contest last April 1. Like a glove in hand, Sandy’s winner’s gift is an inside and outside of travel/ditty bag with some travel essentials, small containers for personal care items. Bag has 3 zippered containers and hook for hanging.
WOOHOO! Now that surely adds some style for my travel, don’t you think so?
A few close friends will be traveling together with me during this planned vacation. They are Star of A Maiden’s Testimony and her pretty daughter Lollii of I am Loved. Some other friends will also come along with us.
List of must-do and must-see
1. On top of this list is Windy. Although he lives at the southern-most end of the Malaysian Peninsula, I hope that he will be able to meet up with us in Kuala Lumpur which is 4 to 5 hours away by road.
2. To see Heavenly Home.
3. I am hoping I could get to meet some famous blogpals who live in KL.
4. To sightsee a few of the great landmarks of Malaysia while we are in Kuala Lumpur. Such as the Genting Highlands Casino Resort, the Twin Towers and of course we’ll land at and see Malaysia’s newest pride, the Kuala Lumpur International Airport reportedly built at a staggering cost of US 3 Billion Dollars.
5. To travel on their widely popular dual carriage Super Highway.
6. If time permits, we might get to the beach.
7. To set foot on the famed Garden City of South East Asia, Singapore.
There are so many things that we’d wish to do. Over separate discussions with Windy, he fears that some of them may not be possible as time does not permit it. He says that my “must do – must see” list is too ambitious given the length of our vacation stay.

I’ve heard about this planned vacation of yours a while ago but I am waiting for your declaration here, and now, I am so jealous! Wow! You will be seeing Windy and the Heavenly Home– awesome!!!

Wow it sounds like you are going to have a lot of fun on your vacation Lainey. You are right you deserve to have a vacation everybody does. I wish i was able to go on a trip like that. Say hello to Windy for me if you see him. Make sure you take lots of pictures so we all can see heavenly home. Take care my friend and have fun.

I have never been to countries outside the Philippines as of yet so this trip makes it all the more exciting.
We will be leaving Gensan when the election period is over. We aren’t allowed to file a leave of absence until June 30.
The grandest vacation? It doesn’t really matter where as long as magkasama kami, hehehe! You know what I mean na, haha!
