A family friend of ours is thinking of venturing into a commercial real estate business. I think it is a real good idea as many people I know got successful and progressed with real estate venture. Though real estate is likely to be broad, commercial real estate is solely for business purposes. Examples of which are malls, industrial parks, gas stations, convenience stores and office towers.
