Currently at work, I have to hurdle the preparation of all Purchase Requests for 2010. I already have prioritized all the needs of the office. Topmost among the lists are the offices’ motovehicle and coming second are the office supplies. I placed high value on the materials we shall be needing for this year as the election time is fast approaching.
But still, no matter how much preparation I put into it, government process is a little slow. Until now, we still have to procure the materials. What we did was spend some money coming from our own pockets for the purchase of these items. With this, work wasn’t delayed and we were able to meet our desired timeline and eventually beat the deadline.
