Budget Availability

I am contemplating on doing some renovations here at home. One of the things that I would like to do is the putting up of a built-in shoe rack, that is aside from having a repaint of the rooms. I would like to have our shoes organized and there’s no way to do it than to put up a built-in shoe rack.  

Looking at our kitchen, I am aware that there is still a helluva lot of things that is needing attention. One is the repair of the gutter and painting of the entire kitchen. Another is the putting up of zero radius sinks. I am hoping to accomplish all of them before the year ends. Everything will depend on budget availability though
