I have read on the Facebook wall of a blogpal about her recent complaint with her bandwidth limit. I am not too sure if she has Satellite Internet Access but it was obvious that she got so pissed off.
I am not sure how it works having a satellite connection. I had my first ever net connection using dial up services provided by the local telephone company within the area where I live. I don’t need a fast and reliable internet connection then. But when I began to blog, that’s when I looked for a speedy and reliable connection. I tried the wireless service. It sucks when there’s a heavy downpour. I used to express my angst over the matter when I can’t get to update my blogs. I have finally decided to make the big switch last year and up until now, I have been a happy subscriber
It is often overwhelming how technology had changed the lives of so many people. With a fast internet connection, everything is done in an instant- just a single tick or just a few clicks. It also has become the barometer of entertainment with the popularity of social networking sites. In fact, yours truly have been solely dependent on internet access for beating boredom. I can’t imagine myself here by my lonesome in my apartment sans internet connection. I had to make sure that I had the best internet access in town before I made the decision of leaving home
