
The last time I was in the gym for my regular gym session was in 2006. And I mean a a very serious session with getting healthy and getting fit. The main reason I enrolled was my asthma which was at its worst at the time. I was very persistent and I even encouraged friends to enroll as well.
The favorite form of exercise that I love doing at the gym was the treadmill exercise. It’s like it’s giving my heart enough room to breathe. The exercise which I really hated was squatting and doing it a hundred times over!
Gosh!
I really hated the gym instructor for letting me do it!
Well, it has been three years and I haven’t got a good exercise since then, LOL! But I am contemplating of playing badminton as a hobby. For starters, and for people with asthma like me, I know it won’t do me any good. But I wanted to do it at a very slow pace.
I also would like to do briskwalking early in the morning but that would mean giving up a lot of things like blogging to make way for my health. Health is wealth therefore blogging will take a backseat. Health certainly is my top priority this time.
