With each passing year, our family has seen the need for a family car. Gone are the days when the pace and the demands of life were predictable.
Our lives have become more crowded now that we are adults and each of us are rushing in and out of our home. And there is always something that was missed and is needed in a hurry. A family car is expedient.
We thought about several marques during our family discussion and my brother remembered reading about the
chevy transmission in a car magazine.
Now comes the hard decision in these economic recession times. We are aware that we have to be frugal until the conditions improve. And yet the need to have a family car keeps gnawing with each passing day.
We have to be decisive and consider the pros and cons of having a car. The first thing to ask is whether we have enough budget for the purchase of a good car. And whenever we do have, the question of whether we could afford the maintenance cost, fuel consumption and the availability of spare parts are the normal concerns which we have to really put into consideration. Second hand purchase is a no! no though! It should be brand new or nothing at all!
I want to discuss things again with my family and come up with a final decision. I will have to update you very soon whatever decision we come up with.

You don’t need a car in the Phil na Leyn oi, anytime soon you’ll be in Australia..daghan car didto =)
A car really provides convenience, especially if you and your family like to roam around the city or travel to other places. There are good SUVs which are affordable. Many car dealers offer 5 years financing (with a bank), with only 20% down and the rest to be amortized monthly. I should know, because I have been offered by Ford, Isuzu, and Mitsubishi dealers. Which I did not bite, since I still have a working model and don’t want also to be pressured paying monthly amortization.
