What the heck is going on with Entrecard? When I tried to access my Entrecard dashboard, I was shocked to see this message:
I quickly checked on my page to see if indeed the EC widget wasn’t installed and there I could see it clearly right infront of my face on both Firefox and Google Chrome.
My widget is right there!
I just know it’s there because I didn’t touched it in the first place! There’s something wrong with the widget scanner and definitely not with this blog.
I immediately informed EC about this just moments ago and I am still awaiting for their response. I hate to keep ranting about EC issues as I would often do in the past. I have always been positive that things will get better despite the undending litanies and complaints against the system.
Having been 
deleted for no valid reason at all last November, it’s kinda traumatic. I just want to put all these behind me and move on.
It’s been 48 hours now and Entrecard is yet to fully fix the technical issues besetting the system, and that includes my widget not being detected by their f**ed up scanner!

i got the same message too but my badge is ok. i think they should fix their site first or at least send us a notice if what is happening.

Oh! That’s a relief. At least it’s not only me who’s having the same problem.
Knowing EC since many years before, they don’t send notices to their members. We have always been groping in the dark.

I can see your widget! Apparently Entrecard can only see the widget on 298 blogs though
(check the campaign page)
Still no fix. Still no update or info from Entrecard to let us know what’s happening. 56 hours and counting

Yes John, the EC widget is right there alright but as of the moment the widget scanner is screwed up. I am in the 120 most popular blogs for weeks and I was surprised when I can’t see my blog there anymore as well as the rest of the other blogs with the same status in the campaign.

I haven’t had that problem, and this is the first I’ve seen about this. It seems EC continues to have these kind of never-ending issues, and I do agree with you about their service not being responsive.
Hopefully this will be resolved.

I checked my dashboard just now and I think everything is back to normal. The fix must have screwed up the widget scanner, LOL!
There was no reply for my email last night though. It’s like I was writing to a ghost, grrrrrrr!

I have had the same problem Lainy. On all my sites they say they cant find it but it is right there in front of their face LOL. I hope they fix the problem because i dont want to be deleted either. Have a great day dear friend.

Looks like everybody has the same issue. Me too, and I’ve just visited Steve’s place, he also has that problem. EC is not fully functional yet, and I hope it will be soon.

EC’s been doing so much weird stuff I haven’t gone near it in weeks. I’d drop on someone I know has a valid EC and it’s say they don’t exist. It’s too bad because it’s an awesome way for me to bookmark and blog hop. I’ve also been to sick and miserable to blog hop lol.

I think it was everyone’s widget Lainy. It happened at first to my son’s then mine ended up the same. Perhaps it was a virus … atishoo!!

Hi Chie! It finally got fixed earlier today. Everything got screwed up three days ago. The software bug started it all last Sunday as reported by EC.

Hi Lainy! I got the same message too yesterday but i didn’t bother to care about it. Had to check it back after reading this entry of yours and now everything seems back to how it was so it was just probably some glitch from their end.

It wasn’t actually a glitch of some sort. I think it’s part of the fix that they have been doing for days affecting the widget scanner. Just my opinion though, hehe!
