Moving out from one residence to another is definitely a hassle. I personally experienced this one when my siblings and I were still little kiddos.
It was in the 1980′s; motorhome towing isn’t proliferated yet in this part of the country. My mother was then a teacher when she was assigned in her hometown. We were residing at GenSan at the time. There was a need for all of us to transfer residence. I already went to school so I went to Grade 2 at a public elementary school there.
I felt like we live a nomadic lifestyle when my mother was re-assigned back here in GenSan. There was a need for us to transfer back again. But then, that was already in the middle of the school year. They decided to let me finish Grade two at that school.
Oh how I’ve terribly missed my family! It was such an ordeal for an eight-year old kid! I was frequently absent from my classes because going home got so frequent. Good thing I finished the school year still with the highest honors in my class despite the absences, LOL!
