When I was in college, my bestfriend and I were having a hard time thinking of what topic we will write for our thesis. We were incessantly anxious until a close friend told us that a topic on people trying to rebuild their lives after getting hook on drugs would be great.
So one day. we went off to visit a drug rehabilitation that is too remote. It’s a rural barangay and we had to ride a “habal-habal” (single motorcycle) just to get to the place. We were able to speak with the rehab’s administrator and he told us that most of their clients are men in uniform who were found out to have been into drugs for a long time. They were relieved from duty because they need to seek rehabilitation first before they could get back to their respective designations.
