Have you ever known a person or more who fall within this “axiom” that I created years ago?
THE HUMAN MIND CHOOSES ONLY TO BELIEVE IN WHAT IT ONLY WISHES TO BELIEVE IN.
Despite all that these individuals think they are, brain-wise, they perfectly fit that statement.
As an example, remember what the Catholic Church held as being true? It was once the Church’s belief that the Earth is the centre of the Universe!
Galileo Galilei, the renowned Italian physicist, mathematician, astronomer, and philosopher believed otherwise and he was condemned by the Catholic Church.
And till this very day, there are little “churches”, people I meant, who still choose to think and believe that the Earth is flat (their earth, of course.)
