As far as humans being inherently good or evil, I believe we are a bit of both. I do not think there is anyone alive who can honestly say at some point in their life, they did something they are not "proud" of. Or in other terms they did something bad, usually against another person, either directly or indirectly. God gave us free will for this purpose and we are faced with decisions everyday. The old proverb "do unto others as you would have them do undo you", is something I try to always remember in my mind daily. Usually the easy way is not always the right way. I guess everything comes in varying degrees of good or evil. Like a person who sells pot and a person who murders someone. While both are illegal, they cannot be considered the same in the eyes of justice. Although some people can argue that they are both just as bad, to me I don't believe this. While I am not condoning anyone to take up the business of selling pot, how can that person get a longer jail sentence then someone who murdered another person? Which can open a whole new subject to talk about. Sometimes I believe that money can be the deciding factor of right or wrong. But it's about the thought-process to change your way of thinking that no school or administration can do as it comes from within the individual. Who says sex is evil? Sex is never evil at all. It’s God’s gift to all of His creations. Basing it on biblical precepts, it should be shared only by husband and wife.
