Blog Owner and Post Author: Lainy 
First off, I wish to thank all my lovely blogpals who wished me well while I was away. There were quite a few beautiful souls who privately messaged me and wished me speedy recovery. I truly appreciate your concern.
I am not supposed to be blogging for an indefinite period of time. In fact, I have turned over my blogs to my cousin 
Ally who, thankfully, took the mighty responsibility of updating my three (3) other blogs. I feel grateful that she didn’t say “NO” outright.
However, I was downhearted when she couldn’t take the reigns here at Lainy’s Musings (LM) and over at The Fool on the Hill (TFotH). At first, she expressed that she feels intimidated writing articles for Lainy’s Musings.

What standard? Duh!
I still can vividly recall when I once invited her some years back to author this blog but she declined for the same reason. In desperation, I sought the assistance of my Cameroonian bloggie pal, Uncle Che, who proudly accepted my invite. That was before when Uncle Che was still single and we both can blog till we drop.
When Ally knew that LM and TFotH will remain dormant till she accepts the responsibility of taking over the blogs, she got desperate in suggesting Windy to co-author the blogs once more.

I will be the happiest soul if ever Windy will again co-author my blogs. Sadly, he has long given up blogging for reasons only known to me apart from health being the issue. I miss those times when we used to cheer and egg each other on at the blogs. The hilarious moments shared with him being once the co-author of Lainy’s Musings was something I’ve truly missed. I still am hoping though that it won’t remain a thing of the past.
In need of inspiration, sometimes I think about looking into a free article writing services.
Meanwhile, I understand why Ally declined to add more blogs for her to work on. You see, she already got two personal blogs under her belt, and adding 5 more of my blogs would be like taking suicide.
So I have no other recourse but to continue writing here at Lainy’s Musings and over at The Fool on the Hill. Many times, I have been in quandary and have contemplated on whether To Blog or Not To Blog.
During my nth hiatus, everytime I take a quick peek here and see this blog die a natural death, I feel like dying inside, too. It’s heartbreaking to let go of something you have once loved doing. It’s not for monetary reasons. Be it known that most of my craps were not paid. It’s the sentimentalist person in me that just can’t afford to lose a baby. And to think Lainy’s Musings is about to celebrate its 4th blogoversary in three (3) months time! 
Gone were the blogging heydays when I worked hard for my blog’s traffic to the point of compromising my health. I don’t think I will ever regain back the 38K traffic Lainy’s Musings’ once had. But again, that’s not the issue. It’s primarily for the joy of being able to express for passion and simply exercise what I love doing the most.
As I write this, I can feel the tears welling up my eyes. I know things will never be the same again. I don’t want to make any promises but I shall try my absolute best to fuel up some life in this blog the best way I know how.

Sis, bisan blog once a week lang gud! Just so this blog will not be gone for good. Ako gani, I don’t have the traffic that you do, but it feels so sad to see my blogs not updated for a week. I blog for money, especially if tasks keep on coming, and if I can’t, bisan pa walay tasks, sad japon. I think you’re right, our blogs are like our baby na jud maong mag-suffer pud ta emotionally just thinking about forgetting our blogs.
If go na ka sa Aussie, you blogging will be a perfect partner nimo basta layo na ka diha sa GenSan, so ayaw lang ni biyai. Bisan once a week lang, OK na jud. Self jud dapat and work nimo diha, bisan pang-last lang si LM, just so it won’t be gone forever.
Grabe jud nga hangyo ba. LOL. I am glad you’re now physically well, Sis!

You’re one superwoman, Sis. I wish I can just blog away like most of you. I am so green with envy with all the moolah that your blogs are getting, LOL!

i agree sa sinabi ni rcel sa taas (eto na naman nag-a-assume na naman akong naintindihan ko ang dialect, hehe!). napamahal na talaga sa’yo ‘tong blog mo, kaya it’s like a part of you dies if this blog dies. you can blog once a week or even twice, and that should be fine. until at least you fully recover. it’s too early to say that you will not be able to exceed the 38k traffic, because you never know, baka madoble mo pa yan 
you have a lot of blogging experience and you’ve been in the blogosphere for so long now, i don’t think this blog will ever fade the scene

Hahaha! Pasensya ka na, KM. Pero tama ka sa iyong assumption, LOL! Di magtatagal, marunong ka na ring magsalita ng Bisaya tulad namin, hahaha! Seriously, Recel was asking me to blog even for just once a week.

Awww….don’t break our hearts Lainz. LM is not only your baby, but a part of our everyday life, as well. Whatever it is that you are in now, just take heart, everything will get back to normal in the end. You’re right! More than the monetary consideration, blogging has been a part of our daily life as a hobby and perhaps as a way to inter act with those friends in the blogosphere. Don’t know how are u doing now but I just hope that you are fine, and will get back to your usual self very soon.

My heart is torn into pieces, Krizz just thinking about abandoning my blogs. Might be because I blog from my heart and the heart can not be forced.
I am not blogging as much as I was last year, or two years ago, or even when I first started. Life drama is tearing me away from the computer all the time. But I should be grateful for that, we have lives!

Wow i feel sad that i have not been around here as much as i used to. I will truly miss you Lainy if you leave but i can understand that sometimes you have no choice. You have to do what is best for you and you situation. Even if you leave i will always consider you as a good friend and am very happy that i have met you here. You have brought joy into my life each time i have stop by here and you writing are great. I wish you nothing but the best my friend and will keep you in my prayers that everything work out for you.

Hi te! I know for sure that my writing skills cannot compare to how good you write, hehe. And I don’t want to disappoint your readers. I’m just being honest. People can tell how great a writer you are and I don’t want to be writing rubbish stuffs here at LM. Besides, I don’t have my own laptop so I will definitely have a hard time maintaining ALL your blogs. Haha! grabeng explain.
