My Health Discipline

This year has been a trying time for me, health-wise. I have earlier at several Articles at this Blog, published about my health condition. The re-occurrences for my asthma attacks, high blood pressure and severe head pains reached a stage where it became really difficult for me to attend to all that is needed to be done, both at my job and at home.
Windy of www.dfoolonthehill.com has been and continues to be my staunch motivator and “physician” during my relapses, depressed moments and recovery effort.
It is amazing how Windy who is not medically qualified, understands so much about medicines and illnesses. He has given me practical and effective Naturopathic solutions to improve my health problems.
Now that I think about it, it’s is so simple and yet I have overlooked it. Windy insisted that I perform daily physical exercise that need not be robust. He even had me buy a skipping rope so that on rainy days, I could still exercise at home.
Apart from all that Windy has been instructing me, I also learned that my BMI (Body Mass Index) is another important index that I should be vigilant. With more regular hours of sleep, controlled diet and daily physical exercise, I find that Kettlebell provides a solution to keep my BMI in control.
There is still more effort needed to maintain my fitness discipline but I have seen the results that I am able to achieve. At this time, I feel an improvement but there still remains a few issues that Windy keeps reminding me of and that I need to address.
I wish you blue skies and all things nice,
