Regaining My Health

Yes I am back!
I feel a lot better now although it is still a little hard to manage my toxic schedule. Taking the time to still blog despite the bulk of work I perform in the office just shows how much I am passionate about blogging.
But it doesn’t mean I just have to forget about my health. It is still my number one priority. Taking the effort to be 100% takes a lot of will, discipline and determination. Diet and exercise were once neglected by yours truly. I used to rely on appetite suppressants for diet control, which I still heavily recommend to people who wants to trim down.
But now, I take extra measures in taking control of my health by keeping a close watch on what I eat. I want to regain my health 100% and I am determined to do just that!

Lainybelle, I’m happy to see you back doing the thing you love–blogging. The blogosphere has been a cold, dry and dark virtual world in your absence.
