At long last, at long, long, last the day has arrived for that vacation trip that I have been eagerly looking forward to. I am all set after having rushed through the remaining hours, getting my stuff packed and grocery shopping for my family to cover the days while I am away from home.
Windy sent me his last travel Do’s and Dont’s on my cellular phone via short messages. I shall try to recall what he said because I have deleted them from my cellular phone….
1. Bring along some warm clothing because it can get really cold at Genting Highlands Resort.
2. Remember to confirm your return air flight when you arrive in Malaysia or you could also do it when you depart from the Philippines.
3. Never carry all your cash in one place, such as in your handbag. Split it and keep in it in more than one place.
4. Keep diligent watch over your Passport.
5. Do not respond to touts who approach you with their wares or services. Give them a firm, NO!
6. Double check your hotel room before you check out. Lots of people leave behind something because they think they’re still at home while staying as hotel guests.
7. Last but not least, always keep your legs crossed when you’re out and about.
OMG! that Windy…he is incorrigible.
