You better shift to another ISP, Smart Bro has the worst service.

In one base station, their are 50 plus users.

you can check it on the canopy website.

Even their costumer service is really bad.

That’s weird. SmartBro must be playing favorites. I haven’t had any problems with my connection. Knock on wood! I can surf as many websites as I can (at the same time) and still do background downloading of, you know, stuff…all at very good speed. When connection is down, I always get a text message from them informing me of such connection problems, then they text me again when everything’s back up. Tsk…tsk…

Our branch in Palawan also have the same problem with smart bro. He have it terminated after only 2 months.It is a good thing he had a good friend who is a lawyer that took care of all those letters being sent by smart.

Smart Bro really sucks! I’m using “SmartBroke” too and my connections fluctuates frequently. I’m pissed off bad. You are not alone my friend. grrr!
