The World's Best Places to Live in 2008

In its annual survey, Mercer Consulting identified Zurich, Switzerland as the best city to live. No cities in the U.S landed in the top 10 list. Honolulu in Hawaii was the only US state which landed in the no. 28 spot. Various factors were considered in naming the top 10 cities Among them were “level of traffic congestion, air quality, and personal safety reported by expatriates living in more than 600 cities worldwide.”

Surprisingly, Sydney was included in the list . My Sayang has been telling me that Sydney is one of the most expensive cities to live. But the good thing is, job opportunities abound everywhere.
